On the CBC Radio program The Current, Dr. Michael Bach, Former Executive Vice-President of Inclusion Canada and Managing Director of IRIS, speaks in depth about people with disabilities deserving real jobs with real pay, and how we need national employers from both the public and private sector to step up for inclusive employment. Against the backdrop of an announcement to close a sheltered workshop (in Ottawa), Dr. Bach speaks of the long-range goal of Inclusion Canada for employment equality. Dr. Bach talks about the national Ready, Willing and Able initiative, which Inclusion Canada, in partnership with the Canadian Autism Spectrum Disorders Alliance (CASDA), began to implement on a national level in late 2014.
