On October 13th, RWA had the pleasure of participating in Deloitte’s National Impact Day, a celebration of Deloitte’s year-round commitment to local communities. Deloitte’s staff worked closely with RWA teams in Vancouver, Toronto, Calgary, and Edmonton to organize exciting days filled with mutual learning and capacity-building. RWA had the opportunity to present on its business case for inclusive hiring and lead a workshop on inclusion in the workplace, while Deloitte had the opportunity to showcase its unrivaled consulting expertise by providing tips, tools, and strategies that RWA could utilize to increase its impact as an initiative.
